Number of story limitation
of building objects in historical central part of the City
13th of September, 2006 Town Council Session was adopted decision “About introduction of number of storey limitation for objects are located in historically formed central part of the City.” Now, this local law permits construction of buildings less than three storey in the center of Sevastopol (in exceptional cases less than 5 storey of building) and it’s applied in exactly defined by streets boundaries.
Bordering area stretches along the west coast of the South Bay with passage on Portovaya Street from house No 21 along Kotovsky Street to crossing with Stepanenko Street. Then along Stepanenko Street to crossing with Ryabov Street; along Ryabov Street, Shmidt Street to crossing with Novorossiyskaya Street. Then along Novorossiyskaya Street, Partizanskaya Street to crossing with Chsherbak Street to Krepostnoy Alley. Then along Krepostnoy Alley to Kapitanskaya Street, along Kapitanskaya Street to Amurskaya Street; along Amurskaya Street to military unit’s bounds. Along military unit’s bounds to the coast of Alexandrovskaya Bay.
The limitation spreads both on the territory limited by these streets, and even and odd sides of the mentioned streets.
